Grilled Cauliflower

July 9, 2024

Easy and perfect for keeping out of the kitchen on hot summer days.

Grilled Cauliflower

Serves 2-4 as a side

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium – large sized cauliflower head
  • Olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut cauliflower in half, through the stem down the middle.
  2. Place cut side down, and cut “strips” or long florets down each half.
  3. Pre heat BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. In a bowl (or baking dish if using), toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place cauliflower florets/strips either very carefully on the BBQ so that they don’t fall through, or in a BBQ grilling basket, or just in an oven proof baking dish or skillet.
  6. Grill until cauliflower is slightly browning.  This will be quicker if placed directly on the grill, and take longer if in a baking dish.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
