Living Ferments: The cornerstone to the excellence of Iggy’s Honeybrew is our unique system of aging Jun. Starting with superior grade teas and the best organic and wildflower honey, we ferment and age the Jun with extreme care for two to fourteen months. We then blend our living Juns to achieve the structure, aroma, and flavor best suited to each brew.

Crafted from Whole Botanicals: Iggy’s has a history of creating sophisticated recipes from whole botanical ingredients, processing each one to bring out its best properties. These carefully steeped extracts are then blended to complement the Jun, not cover it.

A Love of Tea: We love tea for the story each variety tells, for the expression of terroir, for the way it enhances time spent with friends. We meet regularly at Iggy’s to formally evaluate and compare teas; this actively hones our senses while connecting us as a community. Both our Jun and our botanical brews begin with higher grades of tea than is typical for most commercial brews, and we believe the results speak for themselves.
