These bulbs may be small, but they are mighty! A 1 Lb bag of smaller Softneck Garlic AND a 1 Lb bag of smaller Hardneck Garlic. (weight may be up to .1 lbs over or under.)
Get the best of both worlds! Hardneck garlic has a bit more bite, and Softneck garlic is milder. Softneck garlic stores a little longer than Hardneck garlic, but Hardneck is a little easier to peel.
Store on your counter or in a dry, warm location out of direct sunlight.
