Lacinato Kale Tops, Bunch

The top of kale plants, cut and bunched.  Smaller leaves and tender stems, with the occasional broccoli-raab-like florets.

Grown by Casa Cano Farms or Ralph’s Greenhouse  in Mount Vernon, WA.

Lacinato Kale is also known as Dinosaur Kale, Black Kale, and Tuscano Kale.  A favorite for kale salads!
