• For full sized leaves, harvest by snapping leaves off at their base, starting with the lowest leaves on the plant.  Leave at least 4 new leaves growing at the top, which will grow into your next harvest-able leaves.
• Aphids are a potential pest; keep covered with row cover or bug netting if possible.  Also plant with aphid repelling companion plants such as sage, marigolds, and alyssum.
