Chestnut/Pioppino Mushrooms

4 oz. of local, Organic Chestnut and/or Pioppino Mushrooms!  We love these varieties sautéed with garlic or added to a stir fry.

Grown by Happy Mountain Mushrooms, just north of Spokane.

Keep in the fridge in an open plastic bag or in a paper bag/box.
