Green fall storage cabbage. Plant late spring for harvest in late summer/early fall. Will store after harvest for months if stored below 40 degrees F (but above freezing) with high humidity. Makes great sauerkraut.

- Harvest when cabbage feels firm and fully formed.
- Aphids are a potential pest; keep covered with row cover or bug netting if possible. Also plant with aphid repelling companion plants such as sage, marigolds, and alyssum.
