Black Beauty tomatoes have deep purple skin with some rosiness when ripe. The insides is a deep mauve that is sweet and smoky flavored. One of our favorite tasting slicers! It also produces a lot of anthocyanin (the same antioxidant in blueberries) making it extra special!
