Meadow Arnica is native to the Western US, and roots and flowers can be used in making topical anti-inflammatories.   Pretty yellow flowers.

• Perennial (Zones 4-10)
• Native to US
• Harvest roots in two + years after planting.  Leave some roots/plants within soil to keep plant alive.  Can also be divided to grow your Arnica population.
• 3.5″ pot
• Plant spacing: 6-12″ apart
• Plant height: 12-24″
• Prefers acidic soils and full sun.
