Basil, Mint, and Apple Salad

June 4, 2024

A sweet and bright salad that welcomes spring while still holding onto those last winter apples

Fresh mint and basil blend to make a flavorful dressing, and the apple’s sweet crispness balances out the flavors.

  1. Pull leaves off of lettuce heads and rinse.  Pat dry or use salad spinner.
  2. Rough chop lettuce leaves until “salad” sized.  Place in salad bowl.

  6. Shake with a lid on or stir until emulsified.
