Arugula and Melon Salad
Makes one side salad for 2-4 people
INGREDIENTS
- 5.5 oz. Arugula (1 bag)

- 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) lemon or lime juice
- 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) extra virgin olive oil
- Sea Salt, to taste (start with 1/4 teaspoon)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add olive oil, lemon or lime juice, chopped herbs, and salt to large salad bowl. Mix well with whisk or fork.
- Add in arugula and toss.
