Winter Squash Assortment – Acorn, Spaghetti, and Butternut


3 winter squash favorites!

  • 1 Acorn Squash.  Sweet and delicious!
  • 1 Butternut Squash.  Store this variety and let “cure” until the holidays for best flavor.
  • 1 Spaghetti Squash.  This variety is perfect for making “spaghetti.”  Just cut squash in half, remove seeds (save to roast!), and bake at 425 degrees F with the cut side up and a little water in the bottom of your pan.  Start testing with a fork to see if it’s soft after about half an hour.

Total weight of all three squash is about 6-7.5 Lbs.

Store winter squash in a dry, dark, cool location (an attached garage or basement work great, or even in a kitchen cupboard.)  You can also use as an indoor decoration for fall, and just eat them up sooner!
