Organic Einkorn All-Purpose Flour


Made from nature’s original wheat, einkorn has remained untouched by modern hybridization and large-scale agriculture for 12,000 years. Einkorn is fast becoming the wheat of choice for the gluten sensitive due to its very weak gluten. All Purpose is a high-extraction, lighter flour that has had 20% of the bran and germ removed after milling and will stay fresh longer. Bake beautiful bread, cakes, muffins, and cookies with Jovial’s Organic Einkorn Flour- it’s much easier to work with than gluten free flour.
