White cauliflower head great for spring plantings.  Yields one 6-8″ head per plant.

• Harvest when cauliflower head is fully formed, but before it begins to flower.  Leaves are also edible and can be harvested lightly as cauliflower grows and used as you would kale or collards.
• Aphids are a potential pest; keep covered with row cover or bug netting if possible.  Also plant with aphid repelling companion plants such as sage, marigolds, and alyssum.
