Green fall storage cabbage.  Plant late spring for harvest in late summer/early fall.  Will store after harvest for months if stored below 40 degrees F (but above freezing) with high humidity.

  • Days: 75-95 from transplant
  • Plant spacing: 12-16″ apart
  • Plant height: 12-24″
  • Light: sun/part shade
  • Harvest when cabbage feels firm and fully formed.
  • Aphids are a potential pest; keep covered with row cover or bug netting if possible.  Also plant with aphid repelling companion plants such as sage, marigolds, and alyssum.
