Around 6 Lbs of Squash.

One of our favorite types of squash!  We grew a handful of varieties this year, including a gold one (Gill’s Golden Pippin), a tan one (Thelma Sander’s Sweet Potato), a white one (Mashed Potatoes), and a green skinned one.

Store winter squash and pumpkins in a dry, dark, cool location (an attached garage or basement work great, or even in a kitchen cupboard.)  You can also use as an indoor decoration for fall, and just eat them up sooner!
